Bitters & Sweets show at Gallery 1988

We're in this show "Bitters & Sweets" at Gallery 1988. A group show curated by Attaboy and Annie Owens, the editors of Hi-Fructose magazine. Great lineup of artists whose work has appeared in the magazine or will in the future.

Show runs from November 6 until November 30.

Kaniza - Cluster 1

Finally here! The first pics of our upcoming Kaniza toy! Sauerkids contributed to "Kaniza - cluster 1"; a new platform toy series designed by Keith Poon of ToyQube and Klim Kozinevich of Bigshot Toyworks.

Blaadje magazine

Sauerkids was asked to contribute to the dutch art and design magazine "Blaadje".

This issue was totally dedicated to the brain and in particular how the brain generates ideas and inspiration. Who else could one ask to clarify, other than the Sauerkids brain surgeons?

Galerie d’art Yves Laroche invited us to take part in this group show "Sweet Calaveras". Amongst the participating artists are Luke Chueh, Gary Taxali, Blaine Fontana, Audrey Kawasaki, Travis Louie, Kathie Olivas and many more...Show runs from October 31 until November 14.

Uitagenda Rotterdam - magazine

Monthly issued leisure magazine for the city of Rotterdam (circulation 75.000), commisioned Sauerkids for a full spread of circus madness.

BNO Spellbound

BNO (the dutch designers association) organises each and every last thursday of the month an "inspiring night with fascinating lecturers". September 27th was Sauerkids' turn to reveal a little more about their world and inspiration.

Little Bird

The Little Bird Project invited artists from all around the world to draw, doodle or paint a bird character. With all these birds an A1 poster was designed of which a big part of the profit from the postersale is to be donated to UNICEF.

All birds have been exhibited in Hannover at j3fm gallery during August and will be exhibited in Berlin november this year.

Hung By The Sticky Bits show

Hung By The Sticky Bits is an exhibition of contemporary illustration that showcases the recent labours of love by eight international artists. Featured artists -amongst others- are: Sauerkids, Beck Wheeler and Miss Lotion. Exhibition is held during september 2007 in the Until Never gallery, Melbourne Australia.
