Sauerkids launches Enchilada

In April this year we started Enchiladal: our new graphic design agency. Enchilada will be our design outlet as Sauerkids will continue as our art / illustration / whatever platform. Enchilada specialises in strategy, concepts and graphic design.

Affordable Art Fair

Amsterdam / The Netherlands - Sauerkids is represented at the Affordable Art Fair in Amsterdam by KochxBos art gallery. Most of the original paintings by Sauerkids will be shown there. A show at KochxBos Amsterdam is planned early next year.

Covered Up

Dutch Illustration agency Shop Around asked Sauerkids to design the flyer and poster for an upcoming exhibition about classic album art revisited by Shop Around artists. Sauerkids, of course, will join the exhibition as well.

Mail-me-art

Sauerkids contributed to the book "Mail Me Art: Going Postal with the World’s Best Illustrators and Designers". The book is now available for pre-order from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com. Mail Me Art is a collection of artistic work that artists across the globe sent as mail over a period of one year. In the book you can find an interview with Sauerkids as well.

Visione Grafiche Florence

Florence / Italy - Sauerkids was invited to join the Festival of Creativity that will take place in Florence (Italy) from October 23rd till 26th, 2008. The festival is an international event around 360° creativity. The exhibition on graphic vision "colors of network" means to show the best quality graphic languages on the social network.

Hi-Fructose collected book

Sauerkids is featured in the upcoming Hi-Fructose Collected Edition Box Set which will reprint a best of selection from the first four hard-to-find volumes of Hi-Fructose in one hardcover 250-page edition. Sharky expo Toy Qube

New York / US - Sauerkids was invited to join the Sharky Custom expo in New York last august. Exhibiton was held by Toyqube in the "Sullivan Room" gallery in New York.

BlueFlip at Blueborrle gallery

Seattle / US - The on-line gallery Blueflipart organised an exhibition to showcase it's artists in the Bluebottle gallery in Seattle. Amongst others, Sauerkids also contributed a couple of works.

Garage Sale

Amsterdam / The Netherlands - Each year, a group of dutch artists in close conjunction with the Chiellerie Gallery organises a three day cash and carry art event. As the other years, also this year was a huge succes, and great fun getting to meet all the artists.

Benidorm / Spain - Traditonal Spanish pottery was Sauerkids' canvas in the Piggy bank project. A customised piggybank was the result, which was exhibited in gallery Marr's Bar in Benidorm, Spain.
